Jessica Senker
Historic Preservation Specialist, LEED Green Associate

Jessica Senker has concentrated both academically and professionally on architectural conservation and historic preservation.  She has a Master of Science degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Philadelphia's University of the Arts.  With more than eight years at S. Harris Ltd., she has managed restoration projects from the project planning phase through the design and construction administration for numerous National Historic Landmark sites. She has conducted multiple conditions assessments on aging buildings and is a certified Conservation Assessment Program (CAP) Assessor. Her background also includes management work for the Public Art Office of Philadelphia's Office of Arts and Culture, and consultation to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Jessica is currently the Project Manager for the Eastern State Penitentiary Roof Campaign and lead consultant for all other construction related activities at the site.
