Seven school campuses with stucco finished buildings varying from 2,000 SF to 250,000 SF.
The campuses were spread throughout the various parishes on the island and each had their own distinct problems. The most pervasive problem detected was the accumulation of mold due to the sub-tropical environment.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
Conduct inspections and assessments of the exterior envelope, interior environment and systems for each facility.
Recommend both short and long term interventions.
Notify the Ministry on any and all immediate interventions necessary.
Provided schedule of recommendations for short and long term repairs.
Identified contributing sources of mold accumulation and drainage problems.
Recommended maintenance approaches to minimize the growth of mold.
